DRM ARBY’S: INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
I clearly communicate marketing programs and procedures with restaurant managers, staff, and office staff via weekly team updates, monthly marketing decks, intranet, newsletters, and related communication venues. Please browse through a few examples of internal communications I created and implemented below.
DRM currently owns and operates 121 Arby’s restaurants in seven Midwest states with the Corporate Office located in Omaha, Nebraska.

Team Updates
I am responsible for distributing weekly updates to our team across 121 Arby’s restaurants. I have successfully delivered and communicated 300+ team updates.

DRM Communications
I optimized DRM's primary communication channel with our restaurants and team by establishing DRM Communications.

Newsletters
I developed and distributed a monthly newsletter to the internal DRM team, subsequently shared with our corporate Arby’s partners. I have created 68 newsletters and led five redesigns to enhance its effectiveness.

Marketing Decks
I have created and distributed over 115 marketing decks to our restaurants and management. Each deck is tailored to reflect monthly promotional changes, featuring detailed insights by DMA.

Operations
I support the operations team with various marketing and communication initiatives, such as crew contests, third-party delivery coordination, order head management, and recognition programs like top district manager/general manager of the year. Additionally, I played a key role in executing new restaurant openings, managing acquisitions, and organizing annual leadership meetings.

Human Resources
I support the HR team with various internal initiatives, including creating communications and posters for employee referral bonuses, child labor laws, and employee benefit information. Additionally, I assisted in sending out numerous DRM Communications containing HR-specific content.

Intranet
I serve as the primary contact for creating and updating all content on our internal intranet site, a centralized hub for restaurant management and team to visit each day. The intranet is the one-stop shop covering operations, HR, training & development, marketing, communications, and more.

Menu Layouts
I create custom menu layouts for 121 Arby’s restaurants for each POP/promotional change. We have changes about every month. Menu layouts go hand in hand with our monthly marketing decks. I’ve created over 1,500 variations of menu board layouts.

Misc
In addition, I have also created and communicated various miscellaneous items such as DRM’s Guiding Principles, limited time job aids, cup/size transition guides, DRM org charts, custom posters, and more.
